  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship via UPS and FedEx, depending on the order size, weight, and destination.

Shipping Rates

  • We offer free ground shipping on all orders shipping to the contiguous 48 U.S. states.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost during checkout.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • We do not ship to international destinations, including Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.

Delivery Estimates

  • Delivery typically occurs within 2 to 7 business days after your order has shipped.

  • Please note that these estimates do not include the 1–2 business day processing period.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Shipping Delays

  • Rocket Wholesale Store is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error will not be refunded or reshipped at our expense.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, you must report the issue to the shipping carrier within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • We recommend saving all packaging and taking photos of the damage for claim support.
